You can purchase a minimum of one zed WebCRM license for each user that needs to login.

We offer support to zedIT Solution partners, and free access to our support forum, tips and tricks and knowledge base to our customers.

Q. How do I upgrade?

Upgrades are performed by using the same Installer program used to create the WebCRM website.

Q. How long do I get product updates? How frequently is the product updated?

Subscription to the license agreement lasts one year, and typically a patch is released every 2-3 months.

Q. Do I need SAP Business One to use this software?

Yes, the database synchronizes with SAP Business One for back office functions such as accounting, order fulfillment, and invoicing.

Q. What do I need to run zed WebCRM?

Windows 2003 or 2008 with IIS, SQL Server 2005 or 2008.

Q. Does zed WebCRM work with Microsoft Access or MySQL?

No, the supported databases are SQL Server 2005 or 2008.

Q. Where can I host zed WebCRM?

You can host zed WebCRM with a hosting company or on your own servers.

Q. Is my customer information secure with zed WebCRM?

Yes.

Q. How long does it take to set up my CRM when I purchase?
