• zed Implementation Services - We offer a standard implementation process for each of our products, which enables customers to be up and running quickly and efficiently. Standard implementation and configuration includes installation of the software and configuring synchronization with the SAP Business One database.
• zed Implementation Support - Through our valuable implementation support services, we can help reduce product implementation time. By providing useful tools and templates, key documentation and procedures, zed helps equip partners with the necessary tools to ensure successful customer implementations.
• zed Product Customizations - Perfectly tailored for customers with specific business requirements, zed can perform product customizations to help expand on existing functionality. Recognizing the uniqueness of each business, we are able customize and modify product functionality to provide a targeted solution to meet online selling needs. 
• zed Training - Based on your needs and level of product expertise, zed is able to provide administration, implementation and theme training for any of our products. Training sessions are conducted remotely with members from our team of product experts. We also provide end user training to customers of SAP Business Partners upon request.
