zed E-Commerce and WebCRM Version 7.2 Released - July 2010
zedIT is pleased to announce the release of E-Commerce and WebCRM 7.2. Some of the improvements in this release include:
Inventory Management
- The ability to show or hide an item on the storefront based on its stock status
- Ability to modify at which inventory level an item is considered "out of stock"
- Backorder controls to allow an item to be displayed but not sold if out of stock, or, displayed and sold with a warning
- Each option can be set globally and per item
- Per warehouse "available on web" UDF in B1
- Optionally decrease items onhand, within the default warehouse, immediately when an order is completed
User Defined Field Synchronization for Items
- UDF name and value synchronizes to item detail screen on store front. You are able to choose which UDF's synchronize.
New "Basic" Theme
- Replaced the system default theme with a "newbasic" theme. Includes jQuery tabs for My Account and Item Detail pages, and includes best practices for creating a new theme and simplified CSS and layout.
Updated B1 compatibility includes 8.8 PL11, 2007 SP1 PL09

zed E-Commerce and WebCRM Version 7.1.1 Released - February 2010
zedIT Solutions announces the newest release of zed E-Commerce and WebCRM, version 7.1.1. The lastest release features new additions and changes to various modules, including now synchronizing Vendors and Leads to and from SAP Business One, displaying contract dropdowns for Business Partners on service calls, and significant enhancements to the Campaigns module. There is now account level security for Salespeople and tax code logic to determine the best tax code to be used.
Web development and design firms, expand your services portfolio with zed E-Commerce - February 2010
zedIT Solutions is calling all web design and development firms interested in expanding their services portfolio to include expertise with zed E-Commerce and WebCRM.
Right now we are offering free training to all qualified organizations on any or all of the following: Storefront Design, Implementations, Customization, and Plugin Development.
Qualified organizations will find themselves heavily experienced in E-Commerce implementations using ASP.Net applications and Microsoft technologies, in addition to an outstanding record of working with multiple organizations on multiple projects.
An existing partnership with SAP is not necessary, but all implementations will include integration with SAP Business One using the zed E-Commerce Synch Manager.
A zed E-Commerce Web Solution Partner, does not need vast experience implementing SAP Business One, but knowledge of the product or a comparable ERP system is desired.

zed E-Commerce and WebCRM Version 7.1.0 Released - January 2010
zedIT Solutions is pleased to announce the release of zed E-Commerce 7.1.0. The latest release adds new synchronization capabilities, such as taxes, address formats, and country and state definitions. In addition we have added options for how inventory levels are calculated, and added the ability to include multiple postal codes on tax details. Microsoft SQL 2008 is now available as a database server option in the Synch Manager, as we have moved to using the 2007 DI API. This also means that SAP Business One 2005A is no longer an option for synchronizing with zed E-Commerce and WebCRM in version 7.1.0.

With new features, including the creation of shipping zones and real time shipping quotes from Fedex, the latest version of zed E-Commerce and WebCRM reflects feedback from many of our customers and partners on what is important to them. Reflecting the rebrand from SAP to zed, there are also a large number of fixes and changes to the zed E-Commerce and WebCRM product in this release. SAP Business One Integration with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Made Possible Through the zed B1WebAPI - October 2009
zed recently completed a new project leveraging the capabilities of our zed B1WebAPI product. Through the zed B1WebAPI, zed established an E-Commerce store on Yahoo for our customer. By adding code to the zed B1WebAPI, orders are able to be received directly from Yahoo stores and integrated into SAP Business One. This functionality is now part of the zed B1WebAPI and we look forward to working with additional partners and customers in integrating their Yahoo Stores with SAP Business One.
